If you are not happy with your McAfee product for any reason, McAfee gives a money-back guarantee. This guarantee is present on most McAfee branded security products. Eligibility for a refund solely depends on multiple factors including, but not adhered to:
If you receive a refund for your purchase, you must uninstall the software in relation with your license agreement. In addition, and at McAfee's sole carefulness, your license might be disabled to stop further use.
What is not refundable?
Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are not refundable, except in certain areas and countries where these stuffs are refundable.
Who is eligible?
Annual subscribers to a McAfee Consumer or Small Business Security product who make a request within 30 days of a product purchase.
McAfee does not offer partial refunds. The 30-day money back guarantee is not present for monthly subscribers.
If you are an individual user, and have acquired the security products or services covered under this program for your personal or small business purpose, you can cancel your purchase from McAfee and got a refund within a set time frame from the original purchase.
If the purchase is outside of the following time frames, the refund will be denied:
If your annual subscription has been automatically renewed, McAfee will give you a full refund if your request is made within 60 days of being charged.

Who is not eligible?
Monthly subscribers & individual users who cancel their monthly membership will no longer be charged in the next month of their subscription.

In relation with the license agreement, after you get your refund you must uninstall the software and get rid of all program files for the product that you return.
